i personally loved shawermas from washar in sharq. unfortunately they shut down a year or so ago. It was right opposite arraya, there is a kuwait international bank branch in its location now. i heard they moved, but havent been able to find them anywhere

u should also try the shawermas from kurdo. its located right after texas chicken in salmiya. it tastes amazing. and if u dont like that than you should give naif a try

You should try Al-Ghadeer Shawarma in Salwa Block 6. I wont comment I just leave it to you to try. Just try to be there as early as 8pm. Otherwise you wont get any.

Dude, everything has to be measured with price. For 200 fils a peice, man there isint any better value! Everyone that went there is addicted to this shit. I think they use cat meat in it!! Seriously addictive. The other place is called Burgan, havent tried their chicken shawarma though. Whether peole love it or hate it…this is place that gets shit loads of cars parked outside every single day. I was there last night, they ran out of shawarma, so I tried the other stuff, not bad, but the shawarma is a killer!

hey…I know the place that KtheKuwaiti is talking abt…the shawermas are totally awesome and even their kebbab sandwiches are great. That is the only place ive seen where they charge you extra if you ask them to add potatoes to their sandwiches. And if any of you guys like the pickled chilies, make sure you ask the guy who makes the meat shawermas, he usually hides a whole load of them in the cupboard below the shawerma stand. And my final complaint is….get ready to get baked while you wait for your sandwiches. It gets really hot in there. In the end, the sandwiches are all worth it though!

I heard a lot about Badar Al Badour but when I went to actually try it - it was crap! I too think Jeita is great - but haven’t been there for a while.

Tried bader al badoor a few times, the meat one isnt that nice in my opinion but the chicken is pretty good. Wouldnt know whether its the best shawarma, have tried better. there’s another gr8 shawarma place around there, dont know the name but will post it once i know. The chicken shawarma there is gr8, crispy and made to perfection. The chips inside is pretty good.
