I am at the BMW dealer getting an oil change but something is strange. The service is actually good and instead of expecting to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change they told me it should take less than an hour. Something is wrong here… this is BIZARRO WORLD!

Their service really improved.
Our automated window just dropped, we left the car in the morning and by 10 it was ready.
i took my car to them 2 months for normal service and it took them 1 week
I am used to it
well thats good, they should be like that! also mercedes doesnt take along time anymore, with the new lounge time goes fast too!
WHAT!!! i took my car for an oil change last week and they said it will take at least 3 hours, even when i suggested i drop it off at 7am, it would still take at least 3 hours

It took them 30-45 minutes last time I was there.
Walking around a showroom is fun anyway, with starbucks there and such.
No, there are some dealers around here who are actually pretty decent. I remember going to a Jaguar dealer with a college buddy, to get his car.
It took 30 minutes.
I kid you NOT. That was 2 years ago though, might have ve gone to shit since then.
