If you are looking for a shop to develop BW don't go to bo shihry... there's an old studio near the Kuwait commerce chamber (ghorfat al ntejara wa al senaa) in Kuwait City). It's called something like "Sameh" or "Hakeem" or "morad" .. I can't remember !

Or if you want a fast, cheep and easy way to shoot in BW then use the Kodak BW400CN film. It's a BW film that can be developed in any color processing shop.
