Blogger Meetup – May 2005
Just came back from a blogger meetup. It wasn’t planned as one but it turned into one. I had lunch with Tivo-Guy, Missundaztoood and Fadibou at Starbucks in Salhiya. The meetup was very cool, we mostly sat and talked about the PSP and Halo2, and Fadi was telling us about how Microsoft Longhorn will kick ass when it comes out in 2015. Compared to the planned “official” meetups, I think our unplanned one faired out evenly even-though we didn’t have an invisible celebrity guest!

I don’t think it’s even possible to put geeks together without talking geeky at all! We should give it a try though and see :o)
This meeting is illegal and I object! there will be sanctions imposed on you and the bunch who met without the approval of the blogging council

I could talk about anything without people going duhhhhhhhhhhh. Tivoguy was great (but he is a linux fan) and Mark the Maestro convinced me to buy a PSP.
New Microsoft OS will kick ass but not in 2015 and not in 2005. You have 10 years in between to guess.

Hmmm i like this group of people, you guys are fun and chilled out. I used to be a technophile… moved into finance though, but i still retain my love for server side scripting, photoshop, consoles (PS3 please!)

Agent Mark, this is Agent Entrep. Unfortunately I had other committments (you know how it is) and was unable to renedevouz at the secret spot. Alas I had to engage in a couple of hours of rhetoric with some natives of the land. It was fun though.
