(Kuwaitis and foreigners of the target age group) I know its expensive but a short campaign with a large dose of advertisement in a 1 km radius could be very effective. I know a media agency who have the rights to project mega images on buildings via projectors and for a bargain too. Let me know if ur interested. We were trying our luck by trying to take up the sides of the new tunnel on the 5th ring road..but the government was like no no....which is a shame considering the traffic that passes.
