Burning Garbage
I love the smell of burning garbage.. it reminds me of the old days in Lebanon. During the war people burned the garbage because there was no one to come and pick it up so now whenever I smell burning garbage I just remember Lebanon. I am currently sitting on the balcony with Geo and it seems there is a pile of garbage in my neighbourhood that is currently on fire, I can’t see the fire I can just see the smoke rising up behind one of the buildings and I can smell it really well. There is like a really huge pile of garbage near my building which I have been hoping would catch on fire but that hasn’t happened yet. If the baladia doesn’t want to take care of the trash then we should take things into our own hands. Too bad I am too chicken to start a fire myself.

Funniest part is that “Mt. Trashmore” is the highest point (land, not buildings) in the region since everything else is mostly below sea-level. Well maybe that’s not as funny as it being made out of garbage… Ok, maybe it’s not really “funny” at all, but… meh.

It reminds me of the Iraqi invasion..where i was responsible with a bunch of kids to burn our naighbohood garbage..was so much fun..i love playing with fire!

Its annoying the baladiya dont do their job! But it wouldnt be too healthy to have that smoke coming your way!
Some of the streets are in a bad condition!

I am not a big fan of burning garbage since the garbage consists of all sorts of wastes.Things here to mention glass, plastic ,metal ,electronic equipment. The gases can really be toxic.

I like the smell of cigarette smoke, its weird, but I dunno why, even better when my best friend lights up a vanilla cigar at home.
