Cast of new Star Trek film in Kuwait!
A user in the forum just posted that the cast of the new Star Trek film were in Kuwait (includes Sylar from Heroes, Eric Bana and Simon Pegg). I am guessing they’re here to meet the US army or maybe in transit to Iraq? In any case I wish I had spotted them so I could have taken some pictures with them!
Here is the link to the post in the forum. [Link]
Update: I need to move to Camp Arifjan!
About 440 soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines will get to see the newest Star Trek movie at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, on Saturday — about a month before its stateside premiere, Army and Air Force Exchange Service officials announced Friday. [Source]

Update 2: Faisal sent me a link to a post on Socialite Life with pictures of the cast in Kuwait. Wish I was in one of those pics! [Link]
Update 3: Here is a video! [YouTube]

This doesn’t beat Aaron Eckhart coming here a while ago. In an interview he said no one recognized me on the streets, how is that possible?

Many celebrities come to Kuwait to visit the American troops.
Once I saw Robin Williams in Radison Sas hotel about 5 years ago.

man you can see from US’s actions how much they want their zombie soldiers to be in iraq, afghanistan, etc..they dont care about when they come back they commit suicide or they have social problems…someone out there in US has really bad agenda in their minds…damn them!!!!
19. nyx | April 12th, 2009 at 2:23 pm
@ M: Such are the travesties of war! Wake up; there are a lot of people out there who suffer from PTSD not only troops coming in from a war zone!
And kindly dont call them Zombie’s! They dont deserve to be called names such as that; they are valiant brave sons and daughters who liberated Kuwait and then Iraq from a tyrant by the name of Saddam Hussein.
