First off, I’ve worked in PLENTY of restaurants, and I have NEVER seen this problem, nor have I ever heard of staff being that absolutely fucking RETARDED……well, I’ve seen the second one, but they were usually fired the next day…..by Me.
If I were you, I wouldnt even bother going to the chain’s owners. They’re probably too busy sitting on their fat asses collecting money and rolling around naked in it. Especially if the neighborhood in general isnt any better than the restaurant itself. No. I’d go to the Health Department, or whatever they call it over there….And then find the HIGHEST motherfucker in that bitch. THEN complain. Reason being, the higher you go, the more notice someone has to take. Even better is if you can get pictures.

Then, if THAT doesnt work……(which hopefully it does….this next step is kinda unsavory and might just get you in a bit of trouble…)

I know this is gonna sound weird. But. Go back to the place, eat there again. If it happens again, shove the damned thing down the manager’s throat, by force if you have to, and then turn around and tell him that if he doesnt do SOMETHING to clean the place up, theres gonna be a lot of trouble. Dont tell him what, cause this is actually a bit of a bluff. What trouble there will be depends on what all you can do while there. Whether traveling, or serving in the military, it all depends. However, whether or not you actually DO anything about it, it might just put a bit of fear into the guy.

I know I’m probably gonna get ragged on for this whole post, but Hell, everyone’s entitled to their own opinions and possible solutions, right?

Their pizzas are really nice and the rest has a nice view at the Gulf-road plus the Enviroment is really comfortable and relaxing for example No one is looking at you while you eat!

Whats unjustifiably wrong in your situation is the manager/staff reaction. I would draft a nasty yet, objective letter.. not that i would expect anything to happen, just the satisfaction that you did something about it :)

I chewed out a stapler clip from my burger!

The manager and staff were extremely apologetic AFTER I raved about how I could have cut my mouth. I got offered a free salad and we got 4 free juice vouchers. In retrospect I wish that I had really started a scene but at that time I was really tired and wanted to just get on with it!

No wonder they dont care bout the roaches… sheesh!

Its a problem when people accept it! Fucking complain about it! That is plain disgusting! And I’ve eaten some hole in the wall places but you could see the kitchen!! I didnt see no roaches there!
