Consumer Protection Department
I just found out today that if you dial 135 you get the Consumer Protection Department. You can call them up if you think a retailer is cheating, false advertising or whatever and complain to them.

before complaining please check if there is a complaints department for complaining about this consumer protection thingy if they dont do their work….LOL…heheh!
hotline my ass! I just called and nobody answered! I dont care if it’s 6:15am, I called and no one answered. That’s false advertising right there!
