I know some of the PAWS members and I am going to send your post to them personally Nat. I usually pick up cats and take them to either IVH or Dr. Andrew in Shuweikh but I am little weary of dogs (love them tho) otherwise I would have picked him/her up. I have seen pedestrian bridge hit by truck causing a big chunk to fell down. Here in the US they have maps and computer programs for trucking companies to make sure that they have enough bridge clearance before they use the route.
