I hope they get more strict and start arresting people who keep breaking the law. But as long as we have wasta nothing will work. It irritate me that people speed for no good reason. Its not like it is a matter of life or death and you need to reach your destination 5 min early! Leave early and you will get their on time. This all leaves us to one decision, u must speed up more than the speed limit and join the fourth lane most of the time. ( I love road 40 the best, and on almost daily basis round trip from Shuwaikh to Azzour which is a pain the ass).
