The problem was due to a major failure at Ministry of Communication Building that impacted our services.

    hey I got my fasttelco dsl back today at about 6pm- was surprised considering the apparent damage- any news?

    Well, quality net was sending our company emails all morning about the outage. They explained it was die to a fire that started in the buiding.

    Fasttelco DSL should be up every where but kuwait city since there POP at tech building is heavely damaged
    for qualitynet the reason it went down that night becuase the building Qnet is in with Fastelco and many other technical componies cut the power and AC when the Fire started around 1.30pm and didn’t bring it back till 6 am the power and 7 am the AC qnet was fully up at 8.15
