Inspector Clueso giving a parking ticket to the Police Commisioner …damnnn I kinda feel sorry for the nit wit who was doing his job.. chances are he is either gonna be stuck behind a desk for a long time or end up at the police stables shovelling horse shit …:-)

Does Kuwait have any annual gallantry award functions? Coz the cop that did this needs to be awarded. I would personally love to shake the guys hand and salute him lol. BUT if this is some kind of buddy buddy prank then . . . . Moving on.

This must be a joke. I refuse to believe this actually happened. They were probably just trying the clamp out, cuz they were new at the time or something!

They maybe training their new guy on how to put on the clamps..
It’s not a joke, I was there and about 6 cars got clamped including the cop car in the picture!
Hillarious, but I guess he was more fortunate than us. It did’nt take him 26 hours to get someone to remove the clamp.
