Fastest Ever

U Shop We Ship

I was going to add this note to my Aramex post below as an update but I decided not to hijack it and instead post this separately.

On January 3rd my car amp arrived to my U Shop We Ship address.
On January 4th my car amp was shipped from my mailbox to Kuwait.
Today, January 6th, I just got my car amp delivered to my office.

This has to be the fastest I have EVER received a package.

  4. Yousef says:

I take it back. I spent like 30 minutes trying to register for the damn thing but it only accepts NBK cards. I guess its back the square one. Any other companies?

Do they have an office in Dubai????

Aramex here although One day at least faster than Kuwait, are slower in fact and are becoming slower each day, not to mention the increased rates.

After i signed the paper and went home i was shocked that the iPod is not in the box :S, the box was just empty !!

I know it’s my mistake, i should have checked the package , but honestly i didn’t expect such a thing.

My advice to all of you guys is to check your package before signing the paper. [specially with expensive products], also a friend of mine faced the same problem with video games or DVD’s, make sure that the CD is inside the DVD cover.

Thats because you have a blog and you can harm them.

  10. balboa says:

yeah exactly and do u know how bad this makes aramex look now this is like hitting oil for u shop we ship

  11. Mark says:

Thats total bullshit. If that was the case I wouldn’t have stuff caught in customs and I wouldn’t bang them every time they fuck up.

Its like what I posted about a few weeks ago, I say good stuff about a place and its cuz I am getting something, I say bad stuff its cuz I hate them.

Aramex is looking bad not because of me its because of their terrible service.

The reason USWS is looking good is because they have less problems then Aramex.

  12. balboa says:

yeah but thats not what I meant. All i meant was that is great for USWS because it was timed perfect and I didnt mean that your post was the reason for USWS looking good but what I meant is that USWS was bringing its A game because they wanted to take alot of customers off of aramex’s hands no just because they were scared of your post.

btw I understand why u might be pissed and you have every right to be. Because your posts are nothing but the truth and do nothing except inform us about things you go through, I understand how you dont want people to think that you are just saying stuff about companies because you hate them or like them or want to hurt or help them out.

  13. Mark says:

    thanks balboa for understanding

  14. Zahed says:

thanks Mark for the post by the way i know that we can provide all my customers with the same service and again plz feel free to contact me at anytime with any problems.

is anyone having a problem with the online payment for USWS .. i seem to keep gettin an error

  16. Rejoy says:

Mark, I know you are a fan of Ushopweship I came to know USWS from your site and after reading your reviews i decided to register with USWS.
Now i would like to report a rip-off by them on their cash payment system. You may never experience this if you are paying online.

    Scenario
Apple sends my Imac through Fedex to USWS then the volumetric weight is 26.0lbs
USWS ships it to me in Kuwait then the volumetric weight becomes 28.0lbs
Real fun is my combined shipment of 19.5kg is billed 217USD by USWS which is more or less KD 59.500. When I paid by cash they charged me 69.000 instead. I called up the customer service to complain. They informed me that the calculation for cash customers is as follows:
First half kg is 2.500 kd then 1.750 for every half kg.
    accordingly my shipment (0.5 x 2.50)+(38×1.750)= KD 69.000
And then sends me a receipt for 217USD by mail.
OK!! what do you call this policy of charging more than 15% extra for cash payment of a USD invoice. I believe your blog is a good platform to let the service providers know how the clients feel. I hope you will post it as a new post and let other people to share their experience.
Oops.. I forgot to mention their online payment gateway was not accepting credit cards from BKME and knet cards from any other banks, only NBK Knet is acceptable. I tried my friends NBK Knet even that was gettin errors. It is high time they should give alternate payment options to include a wide spectrum of clients. And stop this practice.

Rejoy, I agree that something is messed up in their currency conversion system
