Fasttelco Blocking Flickr?

Today from work on our Fasttelco DSL connection I couldn’t access flickr using the URL www.flickr.com. When accessing flickr.com it would work but when I typed www.flickr.com I would getting the following error:

Forbidden
You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list.

At first I thought it might have been just me and something to do with the server at work, BUT in the post below about flickr being banned in UAE, Bloboz commented that he was getting the forbidden access denied message. Is anyone else facing that issue? Is Fasttelco blocking flickr?

My school uses a Fasttelco DSL connection.
I was chatting with your brother today at school, and when he linked me to some pictures on someones flickr account, the same messaged popped up. I didn’t think that they blocked it at first, cause it was working fine earlier in the morning. But i guess they did.

Purg you shouldnt have to transfer pics somewhere else, fasttelco shouldnt be blocking the site in the first place.

i used to live in bahrain where nothing is banned on the internet but when i moved ti kuwait i could not do wny thing with the internet and thanks to the ultra high ping times i cant even play my online games any more. sure some people use the internet for some unethical things such as porno but but not being able to check your email just bites.
