I have used Aramex shopandship for years & I never get my shipment re-weighted but whenever I use DHL easyshop Borderlinx re-weight my package. My last package was shipped by UPS to my US address & the weight was only 7lb but borderlinx changed the weight to 11.2lb !!!! 4.2lb extra?? I understand volumetric weight issues but why only borderlinx do this why I never get it with Aramex while I have shipped more than 50 packages with them. Why do Borderlinx charge me fuel surcharge ?? while others don't.. In conclusion this was my last package with them & inshallah I wont use it again never & I just wanted to share this so you guys be aware.
