Mark, you should try the Yaki Soba! it’s number 40.. awesome and delicious! i’m not a fan of Japanese food but i liked the place and the quality of food.. :)

We went there for dinner over the weekend – Monera’s right, it’s not exactly the same as in the UK, but the food is more or less the same. Miss the Tiger and Singha beers though!

Wagamamas is what it is, fairly decent food, cooked fast and served in a casual atmosphere. Unfortunately, Kuwait being the way it is, the communal benches didn’t quite work here.

We had a long chat with the manager and it seems that a lot of the staff were in from Dubai or Europe for the opening, so it’ll be interesting to see how they manage when it’s only locally sourced staff. We wish them well, though.

great concept – but for some reason the food is tasteless. you have to slather it in teriyaki sauce and chilli. Not just the one in kuwait – but all wagamamas everywhere.great menu,great atmosphere but shitty dry dull food…just cant figure it out…

i don’t know if the communal tables will work in Kuwait but i tend to not mind when in Holland. one of my fave places, Wok 2 Walk, comes to mind … quick, good food to enjoy while rubbing elbows with your fellow diner of choice … or not … if it’s busy :-)

I went there and liked the food… I reviewed it and posted some pictures too. My sister had the same thing you dead, but the deep fried one. I had the ginger chicken udon and it was good. The waiter asked if we wanted dessert, so we told him we have a cake to surprise my friend with and he ruined it! He kept asking CAKE ANYONE… CAKE???
