Something similar happened here in university. Flickr was blocked last week, and this week, it’s unblocked by WebSense.

A salesman told me that there was spyware that originated somewhere from Kuwait that executes on internet explorer if you visit some of the pages we’ve blocked recently. “They’re only blocked on DSL because dialup is too slow to be affected by it.”
