Let me know if you are prepared I can give you contacts, it would cost you around 4500-6000$ for a full FAA PPL VFR, it depends on the aircraft you choose. VFR allows you to fly under VFR conditions lmited visibility and below clouds and not suggested to fly at night. It would cost you another $5000 to go IFR which allows you to depends on instrument flying hence allowing you to fly above clouds and low visibilities. I would highly suggest for the time being to join IVAO organization and flight sim with a professional aircraft that you can purchase online and download. You can spend your time learning real procedures/communications etc for free until you are ready to go to the real thing and this will save you a lot of money btw.
