Boy!! I really seem to have made folks go all nuts… I didn’t mean to. I got this machine (my 1st mac) about a year back for KD200/-, did my upgrades from different hacks sites - costing me about KD100/-. So you see folks why I did try to study the current value ~ loosing on additional costs.
I have no problem, as long as, someone knows the powerbook’s worth like Mark (a true mac user). I can include the Service Manual (PDF), if you want.

lol well if you have a US visa card to use with PayPal eBay can be a lot cooler then Amazon. Since I dont have a US card though I don’t usually end up buying a lot from ebay. TivoGuy (rami.info) though lives on eBay and he rarely ever uses Amazon.

Misguided do you know how ebay even fucking works? People BID on stuff meaning the price is only final AFTER the time is up. the 75$ one you showed me still has over 2 days of bidding! Majority of the bidding usually takes place in the last few hours. Seriously could just stay the fuck away, I hate it when people pretend to know what they are talking about.

not for 75 dollars though,

money transfer via paypal is 2%
shipping interstate is 24, worldwide would be 2.5 double the amount for laptops and electronics.

also taxes in other states like california and texas are 8% fixed.

you are looking at a price that is close to being 120-130 dollars.

if you check under complete items on ebay you will see that G3 400mhz pismos have been sold for $350 to 400. so it is very disrespectful to come in here and state incorrect facts. KD150 is actually a good deal specially here in Kuwait. A friend of mine purchased a ibook clamshell last month for KD100! The price of Anthonys powerbook was calculated by comparing to what is currently being sold on ebay, plus adding a bit more for shipping.
