You never get the same person on the phone so have to go over the problem every time you call. They say they don’t have a managing director you can talk to, and they won’t put you through to anyone senior.

I have so far sent five different people there a copy of my credit card statement showing the repeat billings, have called about thirty times and sent them a dozen emails.

They don’t reply. I am canceling my credit card and subscribing to Orbit. AVOID SHOWTIME LIKE THE PLAGUE

I mean you can imagine how messed up their customer support is if the COO has to interfere to fix things.

I went into that Salmiya branch, waited for 25 minutes to speak to a Customer Service Rep - only to be told that I couldn’t cancel in that branch.

Absolutely Pathetic Customer Service.

This is just horrible! And I think you should shout at them, but this just getting rediculous!
