if the guy running the place was an arab he would probably have called me and yelled at me for attacking him. Majority of arabs take criticism personally.

well, the service is probably good because there is a FOREIGNER running the operations…. put a Kuwaiti or other arab and believe me i bet they would have never of replied ;) This country needs more foreign professional management…

Until then it presents opportunities for entrepreneurs to exploit!
