They are not that good. I tour the gulf due to the type of business i do. I have been to their store in Dubai at Ibn Batuta Mall and the one in Bahrain and a number of them in Saudi. I really did not like them. I even heard that they shut down one of the store in saudi. Well.. French stores has never been on the top of my list. just another franchise to the many more. On hindsight, at times I feel reccession has been a boon for low end or low cost retailers to set foot in places where they thought they couldnt tread before due to high rental costs and other exhorbitant overheads! It would be nice to have a high end supermarket in Kuwait.
