I called him right away and explained it to him.. he was amazed of how original the idea "was".. not anymore though.. Why doesn't the MOI work on a radio station that only reports on the traffic in Kuwait. I know that they have helicopters that can circle Kuwait and check up on the buzy roads. I agree with Cajie don't text while driving or use your phone unless you have a bluetooth headset. It's bad enough the main cause of everyday traffic are caused by silly or serious accidents.
