Last time I was there me and my friends had exactly the same order we had a few months back and the bill was like double ! I still blame people, Kuwait is one of those countries where people just whine and do nothing for price increasing. I just quit eating chinese food at kuwait because: 1) Its either cooked by philipinos/hindis/(insert your foreign cheap worker nationality)/etc which doesn't seem very relevant in knowing authentic chinese food, that's my philosophy. The same goes for those sushi/japanese restuarants. 2) If you tried the taste of chinese food in china town, chicago, you'd know that what you're eating here generally in the gulf area is not chinese food and its not food even!. 3) Want to get ripped off major time and have the trashiest food served to you? eat at Noodles, Shrimp lake at Ras Al salmiya or any of those chinese food restaurant at Fahahheel or Farwaniya behind Crown Plaza and you make sure to have your medical insurance ready for emergencies. 4) The only place I'd recommned in kuwait is if I remember is Tai chi or something, which is located at Hilton at Ras al Salmiya.
