Extremely slow customer service (1 guy working in Khaleejiya center) 30 minutes wait for a BB cover is simply not worth it. 2. Do not deliver to homes which sucks. 3. They don't have change which is strange given the amount of cash they handle each day. The complete package doesnt add up even if it works out to be a bit cheaper than aramex. 1.
