I emailed alghanim asking if the course was still up and I just got back this email:

Sorry dude, we had to put it back as it was before… more or less. That was the deal with the baladiya. The hills are still there though and they are not bad. The H3 specific obstacles are gone, they could damage regular 4×4′s :)
