Hamster Going Nuts

my hamster

I recently upgraded my hamsters home by doubling its size but ever since I did that my hamster has been acting strange. He shits where he sleeps, he stores his food where he pees and has been trying to destroy his only source of water for the past two days. He’s fucked in the head or something..

It’s all the talk about getting a dog, it got to him…

Dog thing might be right… or might be adjusting to the new surroundings/habitat.

  3. He’s probably unsure of whether the new living space is actually his or if it belongs to another hamster. Give him time.

Yesterday night after I posted I started watching him and he was going crazy trying to escape from his cage. Maybe all this space is freaking him out. I mean if I lived in a large mansion all alone I would be scared, maybe he is feeling the same way lol.

get him one of those plastic trap balls. i used to have hamsters and they loved to roll around in them. i miss my hamster, they don’t live long :(

I do have the hamster ball and i actually put him in it yesterday to try and get him tired. figured if he is tired he wouldnt try to escape.. didnt work lol

don’t get him a female, those creatures are sex addicts and before you know it, you’ll have 50 or more hams running around, and they sure put a damn ka sutra show in a big cage like that.

  9. Mark says:

lol yeah no way i am gonna get him a sex partner unless there is a way i can neuter a hamster then they can fuck all day long and not have any kids..

Only Dolphins and Humans have sex for pleasure .. removing his stuff is going to make him one useless hamster.

  11. [...] Due to his failure in fulfilling his hamster duties, me and Mark just decided to steal our lazy hamster’s name (Zero) and call him Minus instead. On the other hand we will be calling our new dog our hamsters “old” name, Zero. Due to the fact the dog breeder can only register the dog if its name starts with E, our dogs documents will say eZero not Zero. Thank you to everyone who helped in naming our puppy. [...]
