Have you seen this guy before?
I was just checking out Frankom’s site when I found a picture of this guy above. If you have ever been to any of the popular malls in Kuwait you MUST have seen this guy atleast once. It seems he goes by the nickname Shark and you could usually spot his Blue vintage Bugatti or yellow T-Rex parked outside Starbucks in Salmiya opposite Fanar. I sometimes see him at Souk Sharq during my lunch break and Marina Mall during the evening and I always wonder if this guy has a job or not since he is always hanging out at cafes. Anyway you can check out more pictures of the Shark at his website. Maybe next time I see him I will try to find out what he does for a living. [Link]

there’s someone else i ALWAYS see, for 12 years!! always in salmiya malls or restaurants. he looks so much like Yanni. he even had long hair like Yanni before but not anymore. and he always wore a white shirt with black pants!! i always see him alone, never with company.

Yeah, I have seen this guy hanging out at Starbucks Fanar…I think he has a Harley or some other motorcycle too…and he does seem nice to kids I will give him that. But I have to say I personally find him a bit annoying and off-putting, because I find him a bit cheesy and overly suave( No offense!). Very show-offy. Always a turn off in anyone, male or female. Especially in the artifice of the Kuwaiti social setting.
Everyone seems to know and see this guy! He is like this fixture wanting to see and be seen…

One more thing guys .. if you just go to starbucks marina mall the outside area (smoking area) you’ll find another guy who sit just behind the wall with (gar3a) head and a little bit of hear infront of his head with a black shirt and casual pant (every 4:30PM to 6:30PM) sometimes more , depends on his friends also.

hmm i think the main reason why he is getting negative publicity is the fact that he is a grown man, with a website, depicting him being some “tough strong man” flexing infront of zoo animals of all settings, and posing in Mercedes cars that are parked in the showroom/wakala for gods sake.
I have a feeling that the only car that is his is the 4×4 which looks like a tahoe or yukon interior… whilst the other cars were either his friend’s or showroom displays.

Yes, I have seen him around. When Sharq first opened, I couldn’t go to Sharq without seeing the guy at least once. In the past two years I’ve only seen him at Marina.

Mark, I do not know the guy personally but for sure have seen him around malls just like other pals in here. I do not know whether he is kuwaiti or siciliani but it looks that he is living in Kuwait and most probably has middle eastern blood. It is a fact that we (middle eastern poeple) are emotional and most of the time take things personally. We all do not know anything about this guy’s back ground and i would be careful to post someone and make comments as such. I like you blog alot and dont want to see any potential personal conflict that might happen in the future. Kuwait is small and the words travel fast. My suggestion is to remove him from your blog, save the headache and enjoy life.

Guess who I saw for lunch today at starbucks souk sharq and yesterday at the Harley Showroom.
He seems a cool guy and I think he is Kuwaiti from his accent. He has a decent set of cars/bikes.
And I agree on the fact that I see him anywhere I go but I disagree on the calling him a looser.
He has more cars and bikes than anyone I know and he looks like he’s enjoying his life.

Last summer, Down Town Beirut, sitting down chilling at Haagen Dazs and this somewhat buffed up guy passes with an Italian grey suit , white shoes, white tie & shirt. With him were a bunch of people walking and everytime he passed near some people who were obviously from the Gulf area they would warmly salut him , we thought it was a prince or summat but he didnt look so , dayuuuuuum and we kept wondering the whole night as he strolled by us …..

I’ve been seeing him for years and I just saw him today at Marina Mall, he didn’t look at anyone.
