As the security officer at a 5-star hotel in Kuwait told me this week, they don't worry as much about security these days (which is why they are moving the drive-up ramp closer to the hotel windows/lobby). It was in the papers and even had a picture. He was caught at Melbourne so you can imagine the 'security' at the Dubai Airport... More than that, I couldn't stop wondering how someone had pigeons nibbling at his inner thighs on a long haul flight.
