Meaning the book says it should take 4hrs to do the job, that's all we get paid. If it takes 2hrs to diagnose the problem, and 5hrs to fix the car. Too bad they only got paid 4 hours. Who's getting robbed now? I have a scanner at work that is MUST HAVE FOR TODAYS VEHICLES. It cost 12,000 dollars but that comes out of my paycheck, who's getting robbed now? You have a clunk in the front of your car. We find 4 bad parts that could easily cause the noise but you only want 1 part fixed, if that didn't fix it, now were the bad guy because we weren't right when you told you the whole front end of your car is falling apart THAT'S YOUR NOISE. So now were expected to fix it for free. Who's getting robbed now? If the part im trying to replace is buried to where I can't even see it and I try to squeeze a 4" part out of a 3" hole and something brakes now im suppose to fix it for free right? But if I quoted you 2 more hours to remove that extra part to prevent it from breaking then id be ripping you off. Most doctors don't give you the right prescriptions and this is not only here in Kuwait. Oprah talked about this matter on her show. Hundreds of people die in USA because of stupid doctors. I cannot tell if mechanics are the same because I don't deal with them. But, not all doctors and mechanics must be hated. They are important in our lives. I feel that.
