It is in Kuwait. Its on Gous street where Jaber Al Ali Area is. That place is well knew for drifting and Drag Races. They even set up a 1KM marker for drag racing.

The bus should have rammed into him and crushed that vehicle. That would be fun filming.
It must be HELL for these guys when driving in other countries (except the Gulf) where they know that there’ll be serious consequences to their idiotic actions.

A couple of months ago there was a group of cars doing this on route 50 during the night.
It was a group of some 7-8 cars. Five of them would block the road, and the remaining would do donuts.
I seriously dont know what thrills they got by creating such a nuisance for everyone else and endangering the lives of themselves and of other innocent people.
We really need to create more entertainment avenues in Kuwait!
