The Treks are in Salmiya where Mark has mentioned. The Cannondales are available at Sultan Motor Sports which is located just of Canada Dry street in Shuwaikh. It is the first right after the big McDonalds Totem on Canada Dry street. I have 2 Treks and a Cannondale Mountain Bike, but you can get a selection of Road Bikes as well. With a mountain bike you get a lot more felxibillity where you go biking in Kuwait especially in the desert or on the back roads in Mutla ridge in winter. These stores import just one container each year or so - and its really first come first serve in terms of model and size choices. When buying a mountain bike the center beam should be 2 inches below your fork when you stand straight on the ground directly in front of the seat. Frame sizes normally come in 2 inch gradient increases.. Happy Biking... ! ( A great place to start is Scientific Center to Marina Mall... or either side of Souk Sharq.) One of my friends has joined the cycling club and is looking for a descent bicycle in Kuwait. Hope there are some professional brands here. Quite a contrast to the last sports shop I visited - Naser sports club opposite the avenues when they had a sale...I felt as if I entered an egyptian school annual day function...
