THEY DONT ANSWER CUSTOMERS IN ONE CALL AT ALL.. THEY PICK UP THE PHONE AND CUT IT IMMEDEATLY WITHOUT ANSWERING THE CUSTOMER... AND THE CUST KEEPS WAITING FOR HOURS...
