They're never on time, their seats are dirty, their food is terrible, they keep losing passenger's luggage, very bad customer support system and the whipped cream on top is that they usually rip you off! It seems that the free ticket was in Jazeera Easy class, for which ticket was available only for the onward journey (charged 0 KWD). For the return, he took Jazeera Light which cost him 19 KWD (apart from the taxes). Interesting!
