Obviously this man is in dire need of financial help. Also, think about the other side, like a person who could benefit from a kidney. My father had kidney failure, and went to the USA for treatment. The only problem was that he couldn't get a transplant there because he wasn't American. He came back to Kuwait, put an ad in a local paper asking for a kidney, and bought one. The man who sold his kidney was in major debt, and willing to sell one. It is not illegal in Kuwait Mark, otherwise they wouldn't have let my father place the ad. In the end, my father's life was saved and the poor donor was able to get out of debt. So I guess you can say selling your kidney isn't such a bad thing after all.
