KitKat Sense

KitKat

Last month I read on Memoirs of A Kuwaiti-Chick about a version of KitKat called Senses. Today while I was checking out the chocolate corner in Shamiya supermarket I spotted them and decided to take two to try and now I think I found my new favorite chocolate. The taste is a mixture between KitKat and Kinder’s Bueno which also has a hazelnut cream filled chocolate wafer. Downside is they cost 450fils a bar but its worth it. The chocolate section at Shamiya has a lot of imported stuff which is cool and right next to it there is the gourmet section which also has a ton of stuff not available elsewhere. If you don’t know where Shamiya Coop is its near the Sheraton roundabout and here is it on google maps. [MAP]

they sell them in Qadsiya Coop too. There is an isle called “Kakaw London” (London’s Chocolates) and they have pretty cool collection there for chocolate lovers!

I think Shamiya is the best Co_Op in Kuwait and I have tried many. ALL their sections are very well stocked and fresh produce does not last more than 24 hours!
Also has the best French bread corner; best collection of soaps! Better cheeses and olives than Carrefour and TSC. The gourmet shop is the only place in Kuwait you can still find USA turkey_breast and a decent collection of Swiss cheese. But I have a problem with their Dijon Mustard >> the expiry label is a paper sticker and not printed on the actual jars!!
Finally, all the banks are all there,, Starbucks, Z&Z, laundry, iranian bread, fisheries, etc..
    Its the best..

<_< If I wanted a mix of Kinder Bueno and Kitkat, I’ll just get a kinder Bueno and Kitkat bars and eat them together… I get more chocolate for the same price (or less) D=
