I couldn’t make anything from the video nor the title. What exactly did those “Evil Makers” do that is so “Evil”. Terrorism? Alcoholics? Drug lords?

Well whatever was going on our so called Special Weapons And Tactics, didn’t seem to use the ideal… tactics. They looked the least bit professional.
