Last month HSBC sent out a memo noting that they recently seized an unusually larger number of counterfeit KWD 20 notes. They have a PDF file explaining how to spot a counterfeit which you can download by clicking this [Link]

    I always wondered how much counterfit money got throug Kuwait. Its one of those things that I thought about, and I wondered how much money you could really get away with.

    hahaha Maya, well… TSC cashier lady made my sister fuss the other day and didnt want to take the 20 kd that my sister pulled from the atm the other day, the fake money got into the machines too

    I heard that even in nbk atms they dont check for fake money. Once there was a big hoo-haa aboutt some guy that was given a fake ten or twenty by their atm.. maskhara.
