First the cops will ask the sheikh to find the lion and call them. Then the cops will come and arrest the Lion After sometime waiting in the police station. Lion's some relative will come and show a certificate that the lion is "Majnoon" Then the police will start shouting at the sheikh who complained and let the Lion go with his relatives. And the Lion reigns forever, Amen. This is Kuwait.
