Local online electronics store

Feeezo

I just found out about a new online electronics store called Feeezo. They don’t have a very large collection of electronics but if this is just the beginning then the idea sounds promising. The website looks like crap, and I think most of the items are from Alghanim except Feeezo is more expensive. But, its a nice idea which I think Alghanim should implement themselves. [Link]

Thanks Rakan!

With those kind of prices, it is going nowhere.

Yeah they are much expensive than Alghanim
And I think they don’t have these collections of electronics… They are buying them from Alghanim and sell it again to the web customers

Funny how each and every item has an original price and is now on ’sale’ starting from 1% lol.

I think the owner of the site will be updating all the prices and items on the the website.

on_line stores in Kuwait just DO NOT work..

These type of websites will never work in Kuwait. They only work for large and global markets. They will face the same fate as others who tried it. To be able to sell cheap online you have to buy huge inventories to get big discounts and you have to let people that you are here. I am surprised that these sites don’t even take the effort to place ads in billboards at least in Kuwait! Beside, most internet users in kuwait don’t trust online vendors and never use their credit card numbers online.

For over a month i was trying to order from macbigstore, it’s a really awful site with an very awful delivery service. i ordered linksys wag200g 3 times and everytime they do cancel my order without a reason, without giving a cool.

so today i tried to order from this store(Feeezo), and it was really nice to order from them. KNET payment method available and also they delivered the order in less than 12 hours

Nah guys the prices r silly!

    e.g: iomega Portable Hard Drive 250GB : KD39.250 O_o

I got WESTERN DIGITAL - My Book II Essential Edition 500 GB External hard drive - USB 2.0; from Hawali Ibn 5aldon for KD34

WHY would i pay KD40 for 250GB while i can get the 500GB for less???

and just for fun i checked it out in amazon.co.uk

    Iomega Desktop Hard Drive Value Series - Hard drive - 500 GB - external - 3.5″ - Hi-Speed USB : KD29

    Stop ripping ppl off! -_-”

    to love2bnice,
You are comparing 2 different brands and 2 totally different products. You need to check the price of the iomega portable 250 GB in Hawally before making making a claim that this website is ripping ppl off.

If the Iomega Portable HDD is selling for eg. KD. 38.250 at Hawally and this website is selling it for 39.250, I think its still reasonable, bcos they are providing you with a home delivery service which Hawally is not providing you.

    @lensman,
try to use facts not assumptions in ur next argument.

    In Hawali:
    1- iomega 250 GB = KD24
    2- iomega 500 GB = KD34

I have just visited the website you are discussing about, the design looks different than what is in the picture. It seems that the owner is following up your comments and has changed the design after one of you has described it as CRAP, although I don’t see that it was bad to that extend. I liked the current design, its easy to navigate and the white colour is helping to focus on the items rather than the design.

Regarding the prices, I don’t see that they are too expensive as some of you have stated, they are similar to the market prices, in addition to the advantage that they deliver to you wherever you are, without specifying any area, which makes the shopping more comfort, easy and fast, comparing to the time & effort you spend in roaming around in the shops specially during the traffic.

I have ordered Targus notebook bag & mouse by few clicks and it was delivered in less than 24 hrs with FREE of charge.. Can you imagine?!! what a super delivery service. I advice you to visit it again and comment after experiencing their FAST & FREE delivery service.

Also, It seems that new items are being added everyday, which means that it’s being improved by time. Don’t forget that its new site and it needs time to settle up according to the market / customer needs & wants. Do you think that it’s an easy job?!!!

In my opinion, we have to provide them with ideas & ways to help them in improving & developing it, since at the end it’s for our benefit to have such a site; special for Kuwaiti market.
