We placed an order for the chicken wrap, veggie wrap, roast beef sandwich, a beef wrap, and the unfried fries. We place the order at 5:30pm. It didn't arrive till 7:10pm! That's one hour and 40 minutes later! Totally unacceptable. The food was, needless to say, ice cold by the time it arrived. The chicken was ok (a 3 out of 10); the beef was inedible (it tasted like FISH!!); the unfried fries were frickin disgusting. They were like frozen potatoes taken out of the freezer to thaw and then served up with some burnt rosemary. NASTY. The only positive thing is that we got the order for free since I called to complain about how long it was taking. Don't know road names (in Salmiya at least, they're all "al-" something. If i can find it, i'll drop by and talk to them... it's very easy to calculate nutritional information if you know what to look for. Mind you, kinda pointless in Kuwait.
