I can only imagine with all the costs plus a proper Mexican chef it must be so expensive. I really hope someone out there will open a proper Mexican restaurant but I can see already people conplaining about prices. I know Mexican food and I'd pay for it if I could eat those wonderful dishes.....tamales, ceviche, mole, birria among many many more mmmmmm delicious!!! He presented the idea, a business plan, and discussed with one of their chefs. The outcome: They stole his concept plus several recipes and started the restaurant without his assistance. I think it lasted all of a year and none of the food was authentic. I hope these ladies are more careful. There is never a good idea in Kuwait that someone won't immediately try to replicate.
