Such a complicated issue.....this problem will likely never get resolved. Last estimations were of around 100,000 bedoons in Kuwait. It would take a significantly negative toll on the Countries budget if even 50% of them applied for the same benefits as Nationals (eg. guaranteed jobs etc). Definitely not the right time for them, especially with oil prices destroyed and predictions for a budget deficit on the horizon! Poor dudes.
