that coolest thing about napoleon TNT was his nerdy jungle-fever bro. The rest of the film was just trying too hard to be alt. and just ended up being complete shite.

man i’ve had that setup forever, the XMC smb etc streaming. it’s awesome, the xbox is probably the best console EVER made, bc i can play most of my pc media on it and also most of the old console games via emulation. i think i have every single fucking NES/SNES/mega drive game ever made and a few duplicates from different regions, i also have N64/mega cd/GBA/PS1/MAME/Neo Geo etc. it’s insane the amount of shit that can be done with a modded xbox and a 120 gig HD.

well i use torrents. i had some bad downloading issues also but then tivo-guy told me i needed to forward the torrent ports on my router to my mac and then i started downloading at around 50kb. i got my movies from http://www.mininova.org/

i download 3 movies at a time and if i start in the morning they are done by evening.

also make sure the movies are “DVDrips” and that the file size is over 1GB. that way you get really decent video quality.

Mark, where do you get your movies from? I started using Morpheus (which connects to NeoNet, Gnutella networks) but the d/l rates are pathetic.

I tried torrents but can’t seem to get a get good d/l speed with that either.

(Not that I’m ever going to watch illegally downloaded movies. This is just for educational reasons so that I know what *not* to do =)
