The orange rubber fell off the pad. I would've preferred getting the k750i and iPod video 30GB which I will get after getting the PSP, so my W800i will be useless when it comes to mp3. I am considering exchanging it with my sister. It's not that W800i is bad, but compared to K750i, it's a waste of money.
