"What The Maaan" is right....customer protection guys have power to shut them down if they wanted to without legal justifications, means even without witnesses, as long as you have the receipt. You could also add insult to injury by complain at the police station and furthermore, at the district-Attorney (called NYABA) even without witnesses, they still will make them talk.
Unfortunately, most of expats has no faith in Kuwait systems, not because of bad experiences, but because of pre-meditated negative mentality which turns them into a judgmental critics and constantly looking for negatives around them as watchdogs. Also when you guys complain, you usually intimidate locals and officials, such as "I am an American, I should be treated better" or an incident of a American bikers with DMV officer, when they try to convince him that they are Americans and they should be exempt from the Law, they were driving without driver licenses. No offense, but its about time to lighten up guys. BTW, That goes to some of western Europeans, but not as common as Americans.

Went to the same Pirelli, had them change my four tires for my charger, in addition to the brake pads and rotors which i bought from Al Ahleya. 2 months later, I hear a very loud noise coming from my front left rotor, so I took it to a mechanic, it turns out to be that the idiots at the Pirelli did not well tighten the screws. and I had to pay K.D 40 to get it fixed. ofcourse I can't prove nothing if I take it back to them. That was my experience with Pirelli

I had a flat tire the other day and I had to fix the rim even though I didn't even drive for more than 20 meters, cost me about 10KD.

Maybe it was the tow truck.. =O
