If you are persistant they give 15% on BMW parts. If they are out of stock and get some parts from the local market, they won't discount them. Here in Canada, the spring oil change "special" for my wife's relatively new Honda Accord was $C 29.99 including parts, supplies and disposal charges. The same service for my Bimmer 3-series was $C 349 - the dealer told me it was so high because the technician had to be thorough when doing the work! The spring service charge for my Jeep Grand Cherokee was ZERO as I was given a no-charge lifetime routine maintenance (including all oil, fluid and filter changes and minor maintenance such as lights, fuses, etc.) card as a promotion when I purchased the Jeep.
