Why don't they just privatise? Anything government run sucks! Just get in private cable companies to provide phone, internet and TV! The problem is of course is that they would have to fire all the current employees who do not have a clue what they are doing, but are probably paid huge salaries guaranteed for life. Me? I resigned to GPRS, although I’m still paying for my Fastilco DSL. And btw, last time I had a problem with cables took two months to fix, and both damages were because of the rain. The weather doesn't look in favor of our cables. Hopeless case.
