Pizza Hut called AGAIN

This is hard to believe but Pizza Hut’s management currently are ranked very high in my best customer service list. I just got a phone call this time from the Pizza Hut district manager who once again apologized for what happened. He told me that Pizza Hut owed me one and to take down his number and next time I feel like having pizza to call him and tell him which branch I would like to go to and he would make sure I would be taken care of. If I didn’t want to go out they would send dinner over to my place. I thanked him again and told him everything is OK now. I still can’t believe this is Pizza Hut I am dealing with, I never expected them to care this much about their customers. Pretty cool.

    Well that is some amazing customer service, probably the best in Kuwait currently. Except for Choowy Goowy cookies. :P

    Well try Pizza Hut, forget the whole cockroach thing happened. I know I’d be sick after seeing a huge cockroach on my table and reluctant to eat Pizza Hut ever again, but after customer service like that in KUWAIT give them a chance.

    I have to admit! They beyond normal! This is pretty damn good! I didnt expect them to follow up this much!! Seriously good for them, and if they keep this up. Hopefully they will improve!

    I’d say mark, go for a pizza .Pizza hut’s pizza is hard to give up on for me

    do you think that theyre afraid of complaints to the ministry? Unfortunately the first people you come into contact with should give you good service not just managers when you get pissed. Id tell them where to stick it. Their pizza tastes like crap anyway.

    Hehe yeah they probably got an ass kicking from Pizza Hut HQ. As a franchisee they’ll jump through hoops not to lose their exclusivity of the franchise.

    ok, now thats a much better customer service than what mark have recieved in muthana.

    I bet one single email from the international corp. have made him snatch both his nuts and blow up inside out.
